its
obligations

Limited
Warranty

compensation
of

those
damages

losses
proved
and
actually
arising
as
an
immediate

direct
consequence
of

non-fulfillment
of
such
obligations
(if
Lenovo
is
at
fault),
for
a
maximum
amount
equal
to
the
charges
you
paid
for
the
Machine
that
has
caused
the
damages.

limitation

damages

bodily
injuries

and
damages
to
real
property
and
tangible
personal
property

which

is
legally
liable.

warranty

is
unable
to
repair
a

Machine,

can
alternatively
ask
for
a
partial
refund

far

justified
by
the
reduced
value
of
the
unrepaired

or
ask
for

cancellation
of

agreement
for
such

and
get
your
money
refunded.
