Alarm A40 MIN DC VOLTAGE
Description UPS stopped due to the operation of the protection sensor as a result of
high sudden DC voltage variations under the limits.
Possible
causes
 DC bus voltage problem.
Solutions 1. Check that there aren’t short circuit in DC bus.
2. Verify the status of the UPS.
3. Verify the battery blocks.
4. Verify the DC voltage value.
5. If the alarm persists, contact our Technical Support Service.
Alarm A41 MAX DC BATTERY CURRENT
Description The DC current is over the limits.
Possible
causes

The UPS detected the DC current out of limits and switch off the
inverter, booster and disconnected the battery from the UPS.
Solutions 1. Check that there aren’t short circuit in DC bus.
2. Check the battery current sensor.
3. Check the battery blocks.
4. If the alarm persists, contact our Technical Support Service.
Alarm A42 LOST OF REDUND POWER SUPPLY
Description Failure of the redundant auxiliary power supply.
Possible
causes  Internal fault.
Solutions 1. Contact our Technical Support Service.
Alarm A43 MAX LOAD CURRENT
Description UPS output current sensor has detected the peak current.
Possible
causes  Load problem.
 Measuring circuit failure.
Solutions 1. Check the peak of the output current.
2. Check the output current sensor.
3. If the alarm persists, contact our Technical Support Service.
