In Figure 3-24 we created 10 cycles of sinewave made to decay
exponentially. The original expression for a standard sinewave is
multiplied by the term e^(-t/250). Increasing the value of the divisor
(200 in this case) will slow down the rate of decay.
Use the following equation:
Ampl(p)=8000*sin(omg*t*10)^e(-t/250)
