To remove the battery from the AFi back: press the battery release
button, and then slide the battery out.
Connecting the AFi Back to a Power Supply
1.
Insert the end of the external power adaptor into the FW port on the
AFi back.

Connect the other end of the external power adaptor to the 12V DC
power supply.
Note: The power supply powers the AFi back. To operate the camera
system, ensure that you have a battery in the camera handgrip.
