Operating Instructions

– LBA63 TOLL HIGHWAYS – 2019 Version

18.10 Reversing the direction of LBA 63 TOLL HIGHWAYS barriers

To reverse the direction of the LBA 63 TOLL HIGHWAYS, follow this procedure:

A-

Remove the boom and the cover

B-

Remove the nut at the end of the shaft with a 36 spanner

C- Remove the end stop support by loosening both with a 13 spanner.
D- Tip the plate compensation side to release the spring
E-

Remove the quick-release fastener from the compensation chain with needle-nose pliers

F-

Take out the compensation assembly with its chain

G- Reinsert the compensation assembly by engaging the chain in the other hole in the upper sheet
H- Tip the plate chain side
I-

Reinsert the quick-release fastener

J-

Pivot the detection cam

K-

Reverse the end stop bracket to put them in the new direction and tighten the two screws

L-

Position and block the nut on the end of the shaft

M-  Reverse the sensors physically nos. 1-2 and 3-4
N-  Reverse the two phases at the frequency converter
O-  Review the end stop and sensor adjustments
