There are four pre-drilled holes at the bottom of the pan-tilt.
1.
Mark the centers of the four holes on the board according to the layout.

Drill four holes of appropriate diameters on the thin board.

Choose stainless steel metric bolts with suitable length and diameter (not provided) base on
the thickness of the board or the wall. The pre-drilled hole is M6x1x80 for the 40W and
M8x1x80 for the 80W. Stainless steel metric bolts are recommended. The chosen bolt should
be slightly shorter than or equal to the thickness of wall +80mm.

Tighten the bolts onto the light through the drilled holes.
CAUTION:
Make sure the voltage of the power supply matches the input voltage of the light.
Connecting a power source of wrong voltage to the light can damage the light permanently. Also make
sure the chosen bolts are of proper length and specification. If bolts are too short, too long, or to small,
the light may not be secured properly.
Flat Surface with Easy Mount
Easy Mount is only available for the 40W models. There are two installation options to use the Easy
Mount (optional accessory). Four special lug bolts are shipped with an Easy Mount.
Option 1:
Mount Locking Base of Easy Mount Permanently on Flat Surface
Typical application of this method is where the locking base of the standard Easy Mount is permanently
mounted on a flat surface while the light can be attached or detached quickly for security and storage
purpose. Tighten four stainless steel M6 screws of appropriate head size and length (not supplied) at
the four outer holes on the locking base of the Easy Mount onto the flat surface. The locking base will
be left in place on the flat surface permanently.
Option 2:
Attach Locking Base of Easy Mount Temporarily on a Flat Surface by Magnets
Typical application of this method is where the flat surface is ferrous and suitable for magnetically
attached heavy equipment securely. The light is securely tightened on the locking base of the Easy
Mount with Magnets. There are four magnets permanently installed at the bottom of the locking base
of the Easy Mount. Refer to below instructions for mounting the light onto Easy Mount. The whole
assembly of the Easy Mount with the light securely mounted Is quickly attached to or detached from
the flat surface.
CAUTION: We do not recommend that the whole assembly is left on the surface while the underlying
object moves. We cannot warrant the safety of this mounting method because we cannot predict the
ferrous condition of the surface. This mounting method is used at customers own risk. Excessive speeds
may cause the light to fly off of the moving object. Please consider mounting the locking base
permanently as an alternative.
