Parameters

Endpoint is one of:

ssh <IP Address or Name> [port <TCP Port>][<SSH flags>]

where

<SSH flags> is one or more of:

Description

Connects to a device port to monitor and/or interact with it, or establishes an outbound network

connection.

connect global outgoingtimeout

Syntax

connect global outgoingtimeout <disable|1-9999 seconds>

Description

Sets the amount of time the EMG will wait for a response (sign of life) from an SSH/Telnet server

that it is trying to connect to.

Note:

This is not a TCP timeout.

connect listen deviceport

Syntax

connect listen deviceport <Device Port # or Name>

Description

Monitors a device port.
