Special Copier Functions
Document Server
1. Prepare the documents you want to save.
2. Save the documents.
The documents are saved in the machine memory.
3. Print the documents.
You can print saved documents with any settings you desire at any time.
The Document Server enables you to save documents in the machine memory and then edit and
print them as you want.
There are two ways to save documents.
•
Scanning from the Document Feeder
•
Scanning from the Exposure Glass
The following printing features are available with the Document Server.
•
On Demand Printing:
You can print the saved documents as you want at any time.
•
File Merge Printing:
You can combine multiple documents to print them in one set.
