AREA OF USE
The Body Tapping device is designed to
massage different parts of the body. It is
not a substitute for medical treatment. Do
not use the device if you are concerned by
one or more of the following warnings:
• Its use is prohibited on animals
• Its use is prohibited in the event
of a slipped disc or pathological
changes to the vertebrae
• Its use is prohibited for massages
in the area of the heart if you wear
a pacemaker. In this case, consult
your doctor before hand regard-
ing the other parts of the body
• Its use is prohibited on skin and
swollen and burnt parts of the body
presenting with inflammation or injury
• Its use is prohibited during pregnancy
• Its use is prohibited on the face
(eyes), larynx or other particularly
sensitive parts of the body
• Its use is prohibited when sleeping
• Its use is prohibited after taking drugs
or alcohol (limited sensory perception)
• Its use is prohibited on
bones (joints, backbone)
• Its use is prohibited in a vehicle
If you are not sure that the massage device
is suitable for you, consult your doctor.
Check that the appliance is turned off be-
fore plugging in the power cable.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Choose the most appropriate massage head for
the area you want to massage. To do this, loosen
the product’s massage head in an anti-clockwise
direction. Then screw the head you have selected
on to the product in a clockwise direction.

The round massage head (4) is suitable
for gently massaging the neck and trape-
zius muscles.

The pin massage head (5) is suitable for
intensely massaging the thighs and middle
of the back.

The pointed massage head (6) is suitable
for more accurate massaging of the lower
back and calves.

Connect the power cable (7) to a socket.

Press the stop/start button (3) up for
strong intensity (3a) or down for low in-
tensity (3c), depending on your preferences.

We recommend starting with the lowest
intensity and increasing it if necessary.

You can be standing up, sitting or lying down;
you massage yourself or massage another person.

Slide the device over the area to be massaged,
holding it with one or both hands.

Do not massage any part of the body for
more than three minutes.

After using the device (for up to 20 minutes at
the most), switch it off and let it cool down.
MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning the device, unplug it and
let it cool down. Always clean the device
with a slightly damp cloth.
• Before cleaning it, unplug the device.
• Clean the device using only the
method shown. No liquid should
be allowed to penetrate the
device at all, or its accessories;
• Wait until the device is com-
pletely dry before using it.
STORAGE
Keep your device out of the reach of chil-
dren in a dry place and away from any
sources of heat.

ADVICE ON WASTE
DISPOSAL
The packaging consists entirely of envi-
ronmentally-friendly materials that can be
taken to your local waste sorting centre to
be used as secondary materials. Cardboard
can be placed in a paper collection contain-
er. Packing film must be taken to your local
sorting and recycling centre.
When you are no longer using the device,
dispose of it in an environmentally respon-
sible manner and in compliance with the
statutory requirements.
