QUICK START GUIDE

Models: 09-0020-01, 09-0020-02, and 09-0020-03
This Quick Start Guide provides an introduction to using your Relaxis.

Please read your Relaxis Operation Manual before use. It contains

important safety information, troubleshooting solutions and more.

SET UP

1.  Plug the power supply into an outlet near your bed, and connect the

power supply to the controller (Figure 1). Make sure to only use the

  provided power supply.
2.  Place Relaxis where you can reach it easily from your bed.

FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH RELAXIS

Learn your preferences so that when you need therapy, you can simply turn

on your Relaxis, focus on the vibration, experience relief, and fall asleep.
•  Following the steps below to use your Relaxis, explore which intensity feels most comfortable to you.

Of course, each RLS attack may be different, and it is okay to adjust the vibration intensity to suit

your needs each time you use Relaxis.
•  Learn how you like to position Relaxis under or between your legs when you are lying in bed. Make sure to

keep the pad flat. (Do not bend or wrap the pad around your legs.)
•  Allow time to determine if Relaxis is improving your quality of sleep. It takes most patients one to two weeks

  of use.

USING RELAXIS

Only use Relaxis when you feel the oncoming symptoms of RLS.
1.  Place Relaxis under the area of greatest discomfort and lie in the position that you find most comfortable for

 sleeping.
2.  Turn on Relaxis by pressing the Power Button (Figure 2).
3.  Use the two arrow buttons to adjust the vibration intensity to the level that provides pleasant relief (Figure 2).

To change the vibration intensity rapidly, hold down on an arrow button.
Note: An Intensity Indicator Light will either turn on or turn off when you have increased or decreased the

  vibration intensity eight times.
4.  Take a deep breath, and let Relaxis help you fall asleep.
Note: During the first few minutes of use, it may seem as if the vibration “competes” with the uncomfortable

RLS  sensations. It could take a few minutes for you to feel pleasant relief from the vibration.
