FUME THERMOSTAT RESET
The fume thermostat triggering is signalled by the lighting of the pilot lamp at the chimney symbol on the
control panel and by the lighting of the “ALARM” red lamp on the shell door.
To reset the boiler, operate as follows:
- Disconnect the connection plug from the supply mains;
- Open the boiler door to access the thermostat;
- Unscrew and remove the plastic plug protecting the thermostat;
- Press the small red button and screw the plastic plug again;
- Supply the boiler.
Warning: Should this operation need to be repeated more than three times, contact the Authorised Technical
Service Centre which will check the thermostat efficiency. In case of positive result, the installer must check
the chimney. If the chimney draft is not sufficient, it needs gearing.
The fume safety thermostat has been adjusted, and its sensitive element has been positioned so as to
intervene in the maximum safety times as provided by the regulations. It is strictly forbidden to change the
bulb position or the electrical connections. It is also forbidden to replace the thermostat with non-original
spares.
