CONFORMITY STATEMENT
The ERA 31 B 130 boilers are workmanlike constructed, and in particular, in compliance with the UNI-CIG
7271 and CEI EN 50165, EN 60355-1 regulations.
They conform to Law of 6/12/71 N. 1083 (Regulations on the safety of gas plants) and to Law of 5/3/90 N.
46 (Regulations on the safety of plants).
In addition, the boilers meet the requirements of Law 9/1/91 N. 10 (Regulations for energy consumption
control); they are thus classifiable as “high-efficiency heating boilers”.
IMPORTANT:
The boiler must be installed by strictly conforming to the regulations in force.
Failure to do so relieves the Manufacturing company of any responsibility.
WARNINGS:
ERA 31 B 130 are gas boilers of the B
11BS
type, usable for II
2H3+
gas categories.
Above 35 kW, that is, 30000 kcal/h burnt, they must be installed in a suitable room used as central plant. The
reference law is the Ministerial Decree April 12 1996 by Ministry of the Interior.
Below 35 kW, that is, 30000 kcal/h burnt
Boilers cannot be installed in normal dwelling houses, but in suitable thermal rooms outside the dwelling unit
(provisions of Law 412 of April 26, 1996, valid in all cases except for the simple replacement of the boiler).
Reference standards for installation are UNI-CIG 7129 and UNI-CIG 7131.
The boiler is equipped with a combustion product safety device according to UNI-CIG 7271 FA-2 (published
on the official gazette of 3.5.93).
MAKE SURE THAT:
- the selected room is suitable for installation;
- necessary aeration conditions are complied with;
- the smokes produced by combustion are regularly discharged, or, the chimney construction and draught
comply with the UNI-CTI 9615 regulation in force, with the standard for branched collective flues UNI
10640 and with the provisions of law dated August 26, 1993, no. 412.
