JUICING SOFT FRUIT
The Fortis™ juices soft fruits, like peeled citrus fruits, grapes and berries. You can also juice tomatoes
and make passata for sauces from the pulp.
1. Insert the juicer worm shaft, narrower cog end first, into the
juicer attachment.
2.
Slot the
juicer cone over juicer worm shaft inside the
juicer unit.
3. Screw the juicer nozzle onto the juicer ring, and then screw
them onto the juicer attachment to hold everything in place.
5. Place the tray on top of the juicer attachment. Place a
small bowl underneath the hole for liquid, and a larger bowl
underneath the juicer nozzle for pulp.
The Fortis™ is now ready to juice soft fruits.
Feed your soft fruits into the top of the juicer,
using the pusher.
4. Attach the juicer attachment to the lock on the base unit
by placing it over the lock and turning it anti clockwise.
The release/lock button on the base unit will click
outwards to show it has locked into place.
