TURRET HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
The turret has spindle height adjustment bolts
that can be set to suit various heights of cutters.
The turret can be removed from the machine to
ease adjustment.
To remove the turret, raise the spindle so that
the stop is o of the spindle height bolts.
To adjust the set height, loosen the lock nut
and adjust the bolt. Once adjustment has been
completed, tighten the lock nut and re t the
turret making sure that it is in the correct
position.
ADJUSTING THE SPINDLE HEIGHT
Note.
The table must be in the fully
forward position prior to moving the
spindle height. There is a safety micro
switch under the table that must be
engaged prior to raising or lowering
the spindle.
TURRET ROTATION
To rotate the turret the cutter must be moved
to the up position and then once the turret
position has been selected move the spindle
down onto the turret stop.
Note.
It is not possible to move the turret with
the spindle in the down position as it is
clamped by the pressure of the spindle.
