The blade is fitted onto a blade holder and can slice or grate

of foodstuffs. For example, the slicing blade is suitable for potatoes,
such as gratin dishes, carrots, cucumbers, etc. The shredder blades
are suitable for preparing fine or coarse grated carrots, celery, etc.,
or grated cheese for gratin dishes or cheese fondue.

To assemble the blades, insert one side of the blade into the
holder disc, and press on the other side until it clicks into place.
Be careful not to cut yourself when mounting the blade in its
slot. It is very sharp.

Next, position the holder in the chopper bowl, lock the lid in place,
and twist the motor unit until it locks into its adaptor on the lid.

Turn on the appliance and gradually insert the foodstuffs through
the feeder tube; never insert your fingers or another utensil.

After use, turn off the motor and dismantle the appliance, taking care
not to cut yourself with the blade.
