The blades are very sharp. Handle them

Always wait until the motor has completely stopped
before lifting the hand blender out of the food.

To avoid spattering, make sure to keep the hand
blender in a vertical position.

more than one minute at a time and never use it

thick ingredients. When outfitted with the whisk
attachment, the hand blender may be used up

2 minutes at a time. After each use, allow the
appliance to cool. These recommendations will
