To make use of all the Ethernet Disk mini Home features, you will need the following:
Consumer Broadband Internet connection:

HipServ utilizes ports 80 (http _, 443 (https) and 22 (ssh) unblocked (without this,
you can still set up HipServ and use it locally, but remote access will not be possible). Consult your ISP for more details.
TECHNICAl NOTE:
If your ISP or firewall blocks port 80, remote access will not be possible.
Internet gateway/router providing DHCP service with UPnP enabled:

If the router does not have UPnP or if UPnP is not
enabled, see the troubleshooting section for enabling UPnP and the automated setup or manual configuration of the router to en-
able remote access.
USB hard drive
