watch

as

the

swing

tamp

applies

the

label.

TAMP BLOW TAMP APPLY

The

swing

tamp

should

fully

extend,

immediately

apply

the

label,

and

then

retract.

If

the

swing

tamp

returned

before

the

label

was

applied,

increase

the

LABEL

ON

PRODUCT

POSITION

and

repeat

until

the

label

is

applied

correctly.

If

the

swing

tamp

collided

with

the

product,

decrease

the

LABEL

ON

PRODUCT

POSITION

and

repeat

until

the

label

is

applied

correctly.

The

swing

tamp

should

fully

extend

to

contact

the

product

for

a

moment

to

apply

the

label

and

then

immediately

retract.

If

the

swing

tamp

returned

without

contacting

the

product,

increase

the

LABEL

ON

PRODUCT

POSITION

and

repeat

until

the

label

is

applied

correctly.

If

the

swing

tamp

or

tamp

pad

contacted

the

product

before

the

swing

tamp

reached

full

extension,

decrease

the

LABEL

ON

PRODUCT

POSITION

and

repeat

until

the

label

is

applied

correctly.

stationary

dispenses

the

air

assist

pressure

dispensing

feeds

directly

Check

that

the

label

has

completely

dispensed

and

is

held

by

the

vacuum

at

the

end

pad

of

feed.
