Avvitare il Volantino (n°6 foto A) a fine
corsa con la semplice pressione di un
dito in modo da non serrarlo troppo.
Procedere in senso inverso (dopo aver
tolto elica e volantino) per attuare lo
smontaggio.

Il Coltello deve lavorare strisciando
sulla trafila senza bloccarsi.

Maneggiare questi oggetti con

precauzione per evitare la loro ca-
duta sui  piedi.

Attenzione: la macchina non

deve funzionare a vuoto,
per evitare surriscaldamenti delle
piastre e coltelli.

Attenzione: non utilizzare il

gancio di estrazione per il trasporto
dei diversi componenti della bocca
di macinazione

Posizionare il recipiente di raccolta sotto
la bocca di uscita del prodotto.

Inserire il Pressacarne (n°1 dis. G) nel
foro di entrata .

Inserire la spina elettrica nella presa di
corrente.

Sbloccare il tasto a fungo rosso (C dis.
F) ruotandolo in senso orario.

Accendere il motore della macchina pre-
mendo il tasto di marcia I (B dis. F).

Iniziare la lavorazione inserendo i pezzi
di carne all’interno della tramoggia.

Tighten the Clampwheel  (No. 6 photo A)
by pressing with just one finger to avoid
tightening it too much.

Disassemble the machine in the reverse
order (after having removed the worm and
the locking ring).

The knife must graze the die without
jamming.

Always handle these objects

with care to prevent them from falling
on the Operator’s feet.

Attention: Do not let the machine

operate when it is empty, to avoid
plates and knives overheating.

Attention: do not use the hook

to transport the various components
of the mincing head.

Insert a receiving container under the
processed meat outlet and the meat
pusher into the meat feeding chute.

Place the Meat presser (No. 1 drwg G) in
the input hole.

Connect the electric plug to the power
outlet.

Release the red mushroom-head button
(C drwg F) by turning it counterclockwise.

Start the machine motor by pressing the
Connection button I (B drwg F).

Tourner le Collier de serrage (n°6 photo A)
de façon à l’amener en fin de course, avec
la simple pression d’un doigt, de façon à ne
pas trop le serrer.

Pour le démontage, retirer l’hélice et le vo-
lant, et répéter les opérations ci-dessus en
sens invers.

Le Couteau doit fonctionner au contact
de la plaque à trous sans se bloquer.

Manier ces objets avec

précaution, pour éviter qu’ils ne
tombent sur les pieds.

Attention: La machine ne doit

pas tourner à vide, évitant ainsi de
surchauffer les plaques et les
couteaux.

Attention: ne pas utiliser le

crochet d’extraction pour le transport
des différents composants du corps
de hachage.

Mettre en place le bac de récupération,
sous le corps de sortie du produit et le Pilon
(n°1 des. G) dans la goulotte d’alimentation.

Brancher la fiche électrique dans la prise
de courant.

Débloquer le bouton coup-de-poing rouge
(C des. F) en le tournant dans le sens des
aiguilles d’une montre.

Mettre le moteur de la machine sous tension
au moyen de la touche prévue à cet effet I
(B des. F).
