When the espresso machine is turned on, press and hold the button to access
the program dose. After approximately 5 seconds the selected button starts to flash while the espresso machine
starts brewing.

To program the coffee brewing time, press the dose button to start and then press it again to stop when the
desired dose is achieved. The button lights up steadily when programming is completed. This operation must
be repeated for each dose button you want to set. The buttons can be programmed in any sequence.
• This parameter allows the operator to
program the amount of coffee (brewing
amount) for each Selection Indicator.
• The brewing amount can be set in terms
of time (sec.), pulses, mass or brewratio.
• Once programmed, the Selection
Indicator remains lighted.
