Date/Time and Time Zone
Sets the required area information for the Send E-mail function.
The time of day when e-mail is sent from the scanner is included in the header of that e-mail
message as the transmission time. Perform the following procedure in order to set the date and time
in your area, as well as the time zone to GMT (Greenwich Mean Time).
1 Press the [ System menu/Counter ] key.
2 Press [Machine Default].

Use the numeric keys on the keypad to
enter the administrator password
number. The factory default setting for
62 ppm machines is
6200 and for 82
ppm machines is 8200 .
4 Use [  ] and [  ] to select Time zone
and then press [Change #].
5 Use [+] and [-] to change the setting as
desired.
Press [Close] to register the change to
that setting.
