Settings
Restoring Your Settings
Check this option to restore your settings and other
data when you install an application.
1.
Press
Home
> Menu

Settings
>
Privacy
.

Tap
Automatic restore
. (A check mark indicates this
feature is enabled.)
Resetting Your Device
Resetting the device restores all the factory defaults,
including the ringer types and display settings. All data,
including downloaded applications, is deleted.
1.

> Menu

Settings
>
Privacy > Factory data reset
. (You will see a
disclaimer.)
2.
Read the disclaimer and tap
Reset phone
.
3.
If you are certain that you would like to restore all
factory settings, tap
Erase everything
.
Eco Mode
Eco Mode allows you to conserve battery power when
using your device.
1.
Press
Home
> Menu
>
Eco Mode
.
2.
Drag the onscreen slider to select one of the
following options:
䡲
Always
to set your device to always use the Eco
Mode.
䡲
10-90%
to automatically switch your device to Eco
mode when the remaining battery charge falls
below the selected level.
䡲
Never
to disable Eco Mode.
When Eco Mode is on, the Eco Mode icon
appears
on the status bar. Configured settings in Eco Mode are
automatically reflected in your device’s main Settings
menu.
Important:
Back up your important data before you perform
a factory reset of the device.
