From the Idle screen, press the Center soft key

Press the Center soft key

check/uncheck the box next to the options. Press the Left soft key

Extreme Alert
to receive emergency alerts in an extreme emergency situation
(an extraordinary threat to life or property).

Severe Alert
to receive emergency alerts in a severe emergency situation (a
significant threat to life or property).
•
AMBER Alert
to receive alerts related to missing or endangered children.
Cellbroadcast message:

to receive Cell Broadcast messages.
Notification settings:

to display a notification when an alert is received.
