Tools and Calendar 96

In Agenda and Day views, highlight the calendar event you want to edit and press
the Center soft key [View] .

In Week and Month views, highlight the date where the calendar event occurs and
press the Center soft key [View] to open the Day view. Then, highlight the
calendar event you want to edit and press the Center soft key [View] .
The following options are available: 3.

Press the Left soft key [Edit] to edit the event.
▪ If the event is a recurring event, select
Change only this event , Change all
events in the series, or Change this and all future events . Available
options may vary.

Press the Right soft key [Options] > Delete to delete the event.

event , This and future events , or All events . Available options may vary.

Press the Right soft key [Options] > Send to share the event by using
Bluetooth or Email .
Calendar Options
From the Idle screen, press the Center soft key [Menu] > Tools & Settings > 1.
Tools > Calendar .
On any Calendar view, press the Right soft key [Options] . 2.
The following options are available: 3.

Go to to access to date you want.

View mode to select the calendar view.

Delete to delete the event. (Only available in Day view.)

Search event to search calendar items.

Refresh to update the calendar data.

Calendars to display to choose which calendars you want to display.

Settings to access to calendar settings menu.
