Front Brake Caliper G-Dink 125i

Disassembly
Remove the pad spring.
Remove the pad retainer from the brake caliper bracket.
Place a 1/4" thick strip of wood or a shop rag between the caliper
pistons and the inside surface of the brake caliper. Blow compressed air
into the banjo bolt opening to
remove the caliper pistons.
The pistons
are a tight fit in the brake caliper and will pop out with a lot of force. Do
not place your fingers over the caliper pistons while removing them as
serious injury could result.
NOTE: Always wear safety glasses when using compressed air and
never point it directly at yourself or anyone else.
