Invalid Velocity Acceleration User Name and Password
Velocity Acceleration will not work unless you entered a valid
user name and password during the software installation
process. To enter the correct user name and password, follow the
steps below.
1. At the TracNet screen, select
Detailed System
Status
from the navigation bar.
2. At the Detailed System Status page, go to
“Velocity User Name & Password.”

3. Record your Velocity Acceleration user name and
password
(they will differ from the above example)

4. Double-click the Velocity Acceleration icon on
your computer’s task bar to bring up the Velocity
Acceleration interface window.
5. At the System Control tab, enter your user name
and password in the “Authentication” box, then
click
OK
.

The No Connection icon will also
appear whenever the optimising
Internet server is down or
inaccessible. This icon may also
appear if you are disconnected
from the Internet. Try reconnecting
to the Internet.
