Incorrect Satellite Configuration
To receive broadband Internet downloads, your TracVision
antenna must be programmed to track the broadband satellite. To
check the antenna’s current configuration, follow the steps below.
1. At the TracNet screen, select
Detailed System
Status
from the navigation bar.
2. At the Detailed System Status page, go to
“TracVision Antenna Status.”

3. Click the
Enter an antenna command
link.
4. Type
SATINSTALL
in the “Antenna Command”
box, then press the
Enter
button to send the
command to the TracVision antenna.

Entering an Antenna Command
The screen displays the names of the satellites currently
programmed as Satellite A and Satellite B. This information is
presented in the following format:
SATINSTALL,<Satellite A>,<Satellite B>
