Replacing the disc
hub
When removing the disc hub:
Loosen the nut

Remove the lock washer -

.
Remove the complete hub.
When installing the disc hub:
Carefully clean all the bearing surfaces:
•
hub,
•
disc arms,
•
nut,
•
washers.
Insert the shaft of the complete hub, making sure that the flat side

is in the right direction on the shaft and in its housing.
Insert the lock washer
B
the right way round.
Tighten the nut
A
with a tightening torque of
400 Nm
(295 ft.Ibf)

CAUTION
Use only the screws supplied
The securing screws supplied are special screws for specific
requirements. Commercially available screws will not stand up to
the stresses on the machine. If you use inappropriate screws or if
you do not tighten them to the recommended torque, the machine
could be damaged.
Using the machine with loose fasteners may damage it and cause
accidents.

CAUTION
Use only the original repair kit
Always use the original repair kit containing the hub, the nut and
the lock washers.
