1. Disassembly
• Unscrew plus (10),(29) and empty the oil
• Unscrew bolts (12), copper washer (24).
• Disassemble oil seals (1) and cap (8)
• Unscrew bolts (1) and disassemble flange
• (16), using chisel and hammer
• Tools :
Fork wrench n°13-17-19, chisel, hammer
• Tools :
Snap ring pliers, pipe, hammer, extractor, chisel
• Disassemble snap ring (18),
cover (21) o-ring (13) oil seal (19)
from cover (21)
• Disassemble snap ring (22) and take
away shims (17),(23).
• Hit the crown wheel (6) from side (A)
extract flange, pick up inner ring (20)
• Disassemble inner ring (15) from
crown wheel (6), using an extractor.
• Disassemble snap ring (9) and cap (7)
using pipe or chisel and hammer.
• Disassemble outer rings (15),(20),
take away shim (14)
