DL-2 Operating Controls
Transformer ON / OFF:
The “Control Transformer” turns “ON” or “OFF” the power to the DL-2 Control
Circuitry, allowing the operator to give the DL-2 operating commands.
Emergency Stop:
The “Emergency Stop” button halts the DL-2 cycle of operation.
Lock ON / OFF:
The “Lock” switch secures or releases the DL-2 carriage.
Carriage “Y” Axis Stop:
The “Y Axis Stop” controls the “Y” movement of the carriage. There are ten
interchangeable “Y” Axis Cross Shafts for different cutting patterns.
Carriage “X” Locks:
The “Carriage “X” Locks” lock the DL -2 carriage in the “X” or lengthwise
direction

Carriage “Y” Locks:
The “Carriage “Y” Locks” lock the DL -2 carriage in the “Y” or crosswise
direction.
Reciprocation PUSH / PULL Fabco:
The “Reciprocation PUSH / PULL Fabco” on the right side of the cutter carriage
is used to control the reciprocation of the cutter head.
Motor ON / OFF:
The “Motor ON / OFF” switch on the left side of the cutter carriage, turns the cutter
motor “ON” or “OFF”.
Push to Open Fence:
The “Push to Open Fence” button opens the movable fence. If the door is not
clamped in the DL-2, the “Push to Open Fence” button will also open the fence
just enough to allow the door to be pushed out when pressed momentarily.
