2.2 Preparation of Reagents

 

 

Explanation of reagent preparation before conducting isolating work   

 

 

Note: 

Use reagents within their expiration dates.

 

If  an  expired  reagent  is  used,  the  expected  yield  and  purity  may  not  be 

attained.

 

The expiry date is indicated on the outer box of the reagent kit.
