Mower conditioner
- Do not attach the drive guard chain to the
guard cone.
6.2.8 Intermediate PTO shaft
- Before adjusting, maintaining or repairing
the machine, turn off ignition key and wait
until all moving parts have come to a
complete stop.
Friction slip clutch
The secondary PTO transmission shaft is fitted with
a friction slip clutch.
- Before the machine is put into service and
after a long period of non-use, check the
function of slip clutch to ensure it is not
locked up.
- Remove 8 bolts (1).
- Remove the guards (2).
