11. - Troubleshooting guide

Mower conditioner

- Shut-off valve using 18 box wrench supplied with

the machine.

- Activate the tractor double acting valve in the

headland turn position direction.

- Wait until the machine is steady.
- Activate the tractor’s dual-action distributor to

lower the mowing unit to the ground.

The gauge must indicate a steady pressure of
85 bar (1233 psi).

If this is not the case:

- Re-start the procedure from stage 2.

Should it be the case:

- Disconnect and store floatation system hydraulic

hose (1).

The floatation system's hydraulic hose (1)
must always be disconnected after each
maintenance or repair to prevent handling
errors.

Never exceed the recommended maximum
floatation pressure.
