Trouble shooting guide
Badly shaped windrows.
Belts slip.
Check the rotor drive belts,
replace if necessary.
Too low PTO speed (rotational
frequency).
Increase speed to 1000 min

Excessive ground speed. Reduce ground speed.
Comb angle not adapted.
Adjust combs according to grass
condition.
Incorrectly adjusted swath
shields.
Adjust both swath shields.
Machine requires too much pull
power.
Too much cutterbar down
pressure. Adjust the mowing unit ground
pressure.
Considerable vibrations.
The conditioning rotors are not
balanced.
Check condition of the swinging
fingers.
Replace them by pairs if
necessary. (Equal weight).
Leaves and stems are
damaged.
Comb angle not adapted.
Adjust combs according to grass
condition.
Bad ground contour
adaptation.
Excessive floatation.
Increase the mowing unit ground
pressure.
Excessive ground speed. Reduce ground speed.
Incorrect tractor lift linkage
setting. Adjust height of lower links to

Hydraulic oil filtering elements
