Putting into service
Drawbar pressure pad adjustment
The screw (1) must be in contact with pressure pad (2)
without blocking it.
Tighten counter nut (3):
- Torque: 5 daN m (37 lbf ft).
Proceed the same way on the other side.
Adjustment of the stroke end sensor for
rear transport wheel position
Operate drawbar shift cylinder to pivot and position
machine perpendicular to the drawbar.
Operate mowing unit lift cylinders to place the machine
in raised position. The transport wheels are raised.
Loosen counter nut (1).
Fully tighten screw (2).
Simultaneously operate push-button of control handle
and transport wheel lowering cylinders to fully lower the
transport wheels.
Loosen screw (2) until it contacts with the stroke end
sensor.
Loosen screw (2) one more turn.
Tighten counter nut (1).
Check that there is a minimum clearance X of
1 mm (0.04’’) between the screw head and the stroke
end sensor body.
The machine can only be put in transport
position if the transport wheel stroke end sensor
is actuated:
- The control indicator light is off (blue) (1).
