If making milk coffee, the milk 
may not be heated enough.

Preheat cups, brewing 
system, porta filter and filters.
If stored in the fridge, take 
out the ground coffee a little 
earlier before use.
Heat/froth milk for longer, but 
not above 65

The porta filter is not properly

Make sure the porta filter is
