Reduce the air pressure to 0 psi (0 bar), and remove the air and drain lines from the
pressure control valve.

Remove the high pressure manifold from the pump and place in a soft jawed vise.
4.
Use a 1-1/4 inch wrench to remove the valve from the manifold.

Remove and discard the poppet, seat and static seal ring from the valve body.
Needle nose pliers by be required to remove the poppet from the assembly.
6.
Remove the valve adapter and o-rings from the valve body. Discard the o-rings.
7.
Place the air cylinder assembly in a soft jaw vise. Use a 1-1/4 inch combination wrench to
remove the valve body from the air cylinder.
8.
Use an Allen wrench to remove the four cap screws from the air cylinder. Separate the
mounting block to access the plunger.
