Preparing the Pump for Startup 

 

After initial installation 

 

Before the beginning of each shift 

 

After the installation of on the maintenance kits 

Follow this procedure to ensure the pump if ready for operation. 

1.

 

Flush debris from all water supply lines before connecting them to the pump. 

 

 

 

Debris in the water supply line can cause extensive damage to high pressure 

components. 

 

2.

 

Fill the pump case with the recommended oil.  Fill the oil reservoir to the fill mark.
