– Mount the extractor and pull off the flywheel.
– Take the woodruff key out of the crankshaft.

EVER USE A HAMMER OR A SIMILAR TOOL ON THE FLYWHEEL

– Remove the 3 screws

and take off the base plate.
3.3 Engine sprocket
– Remove the Seeger circlip and the washer behind the circlip and pull the engine
sprocket off the countershaft.
– Pull the flywheel rubber

off.
– Remove screw

and take off the chain securing guide.
3.4 Cylinder head, cylinder
– Twist out the spark plug.
– Undo the 4 hexagon nuts and remove the cylinder head with cylinder head gasket.
