3.5 Piston
– Place the piston on the wooden fork.
– Remove the piston pin locking devices and push the piston pins out of the piston
without applying force.
– Remove the piston.
– Take the piston pin bearing out of the conrod eye.
3.6 Kickstarter
– Remove screw

– Hold the kickstarter and remove the kickstarter stop screw

– Release the kickstarter spring by releasing the kickstarter.
– Unhook the kickstarter spring

and pull the kickstarter off the kickstarter shaft.
– Take the plastic cap

and the kickstarter spring

off the kickstarter shaft.
