Cylinder head

– Loosen the 3 bolts 

1

and dismount the exhaust flange 

2

together

with its gasket.

– Dismount the 4 valves with the aid of a special tool 590.29.019.000.

NOTE: When being mounted again, used valves must be mounted in the

same valve guide as before. For this purpose, place the valves in a

cardboard box in the same position they were mounted in the cylinder

head (see photo).
