• When installing a transducer, the thermal parameters of the appropriate special certificate are to be
adhered to.
• If temperatures higher than 70°C occur at the cable inlet or 80°C at the conductor junction, only a checked,
heat-resistant cable may be connected. The cable inlet must be suitable for this temperature.
• The magnetic float level transmitters, type according to the type key, in the design with the
“Flameproof enclosure” or “intrinsic safety” type of protection is only designated for connection to a current
circle with safe ( external ) imitation of the electrical parameters to the specified values.
• In the case of the magnetic float level transmitters, type according to the type key, in the design with the
“Flameproof enclosure” or “intrinsic safety” type of protection, intrinsically safe and non-intrinsically safe
transmitter can be integrated.
• The magnetic float level transmitter’s housing, type according to the type key, must be connected
electrically to the system’s potential equalisation.
• Ex-devices are indicated by a special type plate on which all ex-relevant data is visible.
