12.0 Automatic Ignition (if mounted).
In connection with using pellets it is possible to mount the stoker with an automatic ignition.
When using automatic ignition there are multiple parameters which controls this function.
Those parameters are all described in chapter 4.2 in the chapters concerned following:
•
Startup
•
Stoker screw
•
First Start fuel
•
Second Start fuel
•
Max fuel s.
•
O2
•
Switch to startup %
•
Switch to run %
•
Smoke temperature °C %
•
Startup time minutes
•
Startup output in %
•
Ignition
•
Startup time
•
Fuel delay
•
Manual
•
Automatic
•
Automatic emptying
12.1 Ignition problems.
Is the stoker gone to stop after the expiry of “STARTUP TIME”, it may be due to initial portion, “START
FUEL”, is too small, so there is not enough fuel to get the O2 below the threshold.
Too big Start fuel can result in flue gas explosion.
When O2 sensor eventually become burned out and is not registering properly. It can lead to that the O2
not can get over STARTUP OXY LIMIT, and management therefore does not perceive that the fire has
gone out.
NOTE: Auto-ignition is generally only intended for use of wood pellets.
