4.5.3.2 Moving floor run time s.
The scrap is mounted underneath the moving floor with the purpose to clean for dust etc which has fallen
through the fire grates.
Please select:
Menu / Accessories / Moving floor / Moving floor run time s.
The time has to be adjusted so that the moving floor can run a round forward and backward. Normally the
time is set to 200 seconds.
How often the moving floor is operating depends on the time set in the next two parameters. The
controller will calculate the pause time on its own.
4.5.3.3 Pause by minimum output in minutes.
When operating with minimum output the moving floor has to operate rarely because the boiler uses a
very little amount of fuel which means that there is falling minimal fuel underneath the fire grates.
Please select:
Menu / Accessories / Moving floor / Pause min. output m.
As basis it is set to 250 minutes.
4.5.3.4 Pause by maximum output in minutes.
When operating with maximum output the moving floor has to operate for a longer time because the
boiler uses a high amount of fuel which means that there is falling more fuel underneath the fire grates
which has to be removed by the moving floor.
Please select:
Menu / Accessories / Moving floor / Pause max. output m.
One time pro hour should be appropriate. The setting is 60 minutes.
