Adjusting the cut-in level control
1.
Insert a screwdriver into the screw at the float switch and hold it in this position.
Do not turn the screw.
2.
Move the float switch up or down to adjust it to the required cut-in level.
3.
Pull the screwdriver back out again.
4.
Check the cut-in level by moving the float switch up and down. You should be
able to hear a "click" each time the float is lifted up to the cut-in level.

Fit the bracket and float switch.

Undo cap nut 920 and disc 550 on pump 81-53; see drawing below.

Remove handle 576.
3.
Remove bracket 732 from the connection set.
4.
Position bracket and handle via the stay bolts and tighten cap nuts. (Fit Ama-
Drainer 522 SD/11 without bail 571).
5.
Fit clamp (lower part) 81-39. Make sure that clamp 81-39 can move freely on the
bracket.
6.
Fix the cable of float switch 81-45 in clamp 81-39 (upper part).
