Faults – Causes and Remedy
Check the brake setting.
Check the setting of the cutter blades.
Check wrapping mechanism, replace if
necessary.
Adjust scraper.
Rotate net stretcher bar.
Insert hydraulic hose into the
corresponding linkage.
Do not drive so much to the side.
Fold the net stretcher bar upwards.
Install the straw trap cover plate on bore
hole further to the rear.
Increase the tension of the net brake
spring. Do not change the rpm for the
wrapping process.

apart

start or during

cut neatly.
Cutter bar drops again immediately after
starting.
Roller brake is set too tightly.

Wrapping mechanism starter cylinders

Crop caught between spiral roller and
scraper

Sides are too full or baling pressure is too
high.
Net stretcher bar has been folded
downwards.
Sand, stones etc. have collected on the
straw trap.
The net is excessively introduced into the
channel.
