3 Adjustments
Special safety notes
•
The adjustment work described below must only be carried out when the machine is
at a standstill. Switch off the engine and remove the ignition key.
•
Secure the rotary tedder and tractor from rolling away.
•
Secure the hydraulically-raised rotary tedder from unintentional lowering!
Adjustment with one wheel:
•
Take out the linch pin (1). Pull out the bolt (2).
•
Move the wheel carriers (3) to the selected position.
•
Slide in the bolt and secure with the linch pin.

CAUTION: The swather disc tines spreading angle
should be adjusted according to the conditions of
the crop. Adjustment is carried out on the
undercarriage wheels on the rotary tedder.
3.1 Adjusting the swather disc spreading angle
Basic rules for adusting the spreading angle:
Obtuse angle:
- large pick-up width
- short crop
- crop widely-distributed
- fodder with less than
40 % moisture content
Acute angle:
Undercarriage wheel = more acute spreading
