Binding or Wrapping Process after
Reaching the Pre-selected Bale Firmness
As soon as the pre-selected bale firmness, bar (3), is
reached on one side (2) or (4), the arrow (1) on this side
starts to flash. When the pre-selected bale firmness is
reached on both sides a buzzer tone sounds for about
three seconds. The buzzer tone indicates that the
binding or wrapping process should be started. Press
button (6) to do this.
While the starter mechanism for binding or wrapping is
being actuated, an intermittent buzzer tone sounds. The
binding or wrapping process runs automatically. The
following message appears in the display: THE BALER
IS BINDING - PLEASE WAIT.
Once the binding or wrapping process is completed, a
continuous buzzer tone sounds for approximately three
seconds. The following message appears in the display:
BINDING PROCESS COMPLETED. After the tail gate
has been opened and the bale ejected, the programme
returns automatically to the start. Once the tail gate is
locked again, the bale size appears in the display.
