Cause Remedy
Faulty R/L selection sensor. Replace the R/L selection sensor.
Black seal peel-off. Replace the black seal with the new.
Connector improperly connected.
Connect the connector between the R/L selection sensor
and CPU board over again.
Cause Remedy
Faulty CPU board. Replace the CPU board.
Faulty head board. Replace the head board.
Faulty F.D. LED. Replace the F.D.LED unit.
Cause Remedy
Faulty solenoid.
Contact our company for repair. After replacing the
solenoid, mirror adjustment will be needed.
Mirror peel-off.
Contact our company for repair. After replacing the focus
mirror unit, mirror adjustment will be needed.
Cause Remedy
Optical fibers separated. Contact our company for repair.
Faulty CPU board. Replace the CPU board.
Faulty W.D. LED. Replace the W.D. LED.
Diopter lens pulled out.
Not faulty. Push in the diopter lens insertion knob. During
dioptometry, working dots do not appear on the monitor
screen.
Cause Remedy
Faulty anterior chamber LED. Replace the anterior chamber LED.
Connector improperly connected.
Connect the connector between the anterior chamber
LED and the CPU board over again.
Cause Remedy
Illumination lamp bulb burnout.
Replace the illumination lamp.

Insufficient dilation.
Expedite a patient's dilation by making the room much
darker or making longer the dark-adaptation time in
darkness.
Faulty power board. Replace the power board.
Faulty volume knob. Replace the lamp volume knob.
