  Removing the optical head base 

*Always turn off the power switch and pull the plug from the socket.

Remove the outer cover beforehand.

 

(See 5-1)

Remove the power supply cover. (See 5-2)

Remove ten screws. 
Remove the insertion prevention board. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Raise and extract a panel cover. 
 
 
 

４

 

Remove two screws. 
Remove the stoppers(left and right). 

５

 

Loosen the the lock screw. 

６

 

Raise the optical head base. 
And put it next to the power supply cover. 

 

 

 

※

Note that rack and pinion is kept to be   

horizontal when returning optical head base
